💼 Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into data mapping and transformation solutions
• Develop and manage ETL pipelines using SQL, Python, and related tools
• Perform data quality checks and validation to ensure accuracy
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends and insights
• Design and execute test cases for data transformations
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Recommend solutions for process improvements and system enhancements
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Data Analytics roles
• Strong expertise in SQL and Python
• Experience with ETL processes and data integration
• Ability to work with large structured and unstructured datasets
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with Tableau or Power BI
• Knowledge of Life & Health Reinsurance domain
• Exposure to AI/LLMs and advanced analytics
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
