💼 About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive growth initiatives. You’ll analyze data, track performance, and generate actionable insights to improve customer acquisition, retention, and overall business performance.

📌 Key Responsibilities
• Analyze funnels and identify bottlenecks in growth metrics
• Track KPIs such as acquisition, conversion, retention, and LTV
• Perform root cause analysis on business challenges
• Build dashboards and reports for leadership visibility
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, risk, and operations teams
• Support strategic initiatives and business decision-making

🧠 Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related field
• 1–1.5 years of experience in analytics / consulting / growth roles
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

• Experience in fintech, startups, or consumer internet
• Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Understanding of growth metrics and customer behavior
