We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the Finance Data Office (FDO).

This is a highly strategic role requiring strong expertise in finance data, analytics, and data architecture, where you will transform complex datasets into actionable insights for leadership decision-making.

💼 Key Responsibilities

You will work on deep data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and data architecture initiatives. Your responsibilities will include analyzing finance datasets such as revenue, expenses, margins, and allocations to identify trends, anomalies, and key business drivers. You will define KPI frameworks and ensure consistent reporting logic across dashboards while conducting root cause analysis for business variances.

In addition, you will understand data lineage, design data models, and collaborate with engineering teams to build optimized datasets for analytics. You will also ensure data quality through validation, reconciliation, and monitoring processes, while documenting business logic and maintaining data governance standards.

You will work closely with finance stakeholders to gather requirements, support UAT, enable adoption of dashboards, and communicate insights effectively to leadership teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics / BI / Finance Analytics
• Strong expertise in SQL (advanced queries, joins, performance tuning)
• Knowledge of data modeling (star schema, facts/dimensions, semantic layers)
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Hands-on experience with data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse, etc.)
• Strong understanding of data quality, reconciliation, and controls
• Excellent communication skills to present insights to stakeholders

⭐ Good to Have

• Experience with PySpark / Spark / Databricks
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT tools (ADF, Airflow, dbt, Informatica)
• Exposure to data governance and metadata tools
• Familiarity with financial reporting and regulatory processes
