Key Responsibilities

You will design and develop data flows and recipes for complex data transformations within Salesforce Analytics (TCRM), while leveraging SQL and SAQL to build powerful queries and dashboards. The role involves performing deep root cause analyses (RCA), identifying patterns, and generating actionable insights for business improvement. You will also work on data modelling, segmentation, and automation of reporting processes, ensuring high-quality analytics delivery. Additionally, you will establish quality control processes, anomaly detection mechanisms, and alert systems while collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Analytics (TCRM), along with strong expertise in SQL, SAQL, and data flow development. You should have a solid understanding of Salesforce CRM (Sales & Service Cloud) and data modelling concepts. Experience with Einstein Discovery, predictive analytics, and BI tools like Tableau or Looker is a plus. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
