Key Responsibilities

You will analyze key O2O metrics such as booking volume, retention, utilization rates, cancellations, and service performance to uncover trends and opportunities. The role involves building and maintaining dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, or Metabase, along with conducting deep-dive analyses on demand forecasting, pricing strategies, customer behavior, and supply-demand optimization. You will collaborate with data engineers to ensure accurate data models, support A/B testing for new features, and perform geospatial and time-based analysis to improve service coverage. Additionally, you will identify data quality issues and present actionable insights to stakeholders, including leadership teams.

Qualifications & Skills

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and at least 3 years of experience in data analytics. Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and Python (pandas, numpy) is required. A solid understanding of data modeling, big data concepts, and data warehousing tools such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift is essential. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a product-focused mindset will help you succeed in this role.

Nice to Have

Experience with dbt and knowledge of O2O marketplace dynamics such as supply-demand matching, logistics, and geospatial analytics will be an added advantage.
