💼 About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will work across the Booking to Client Reporting chain, focusing on derivatives execution, clearing, and reporting systems like REVAL. You will collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions in capital markets.

📌 Key Responsibilities
• Analyze business requirements across derivatives execution and clearing workflows
• Understand trade lifecycle, valuation, and collateral reporting processes
• Write functional and technical specifications for development teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders, sponsors, and global teams
• Support testing (UAT), validate results, and ensure delivery quality
• Participate in POCs, MVPs, and new initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
• Support project management and data analysis activities

🧠 Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Strong Business Analysis and Data Analysis skills
• Knowledge of capital markets products and trade lifecycle
• Understanding of derivatives execution and clearing
• Ability to write technical specifications
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Team player with analytical mindset

⭐ Good to Have
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting (EMIR, Dodd-Frank, etc.)
• Experience in project management and UAT testing
• Exposure to AI tools in analytics workflows
