Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. is hiring a Data Analyst for its Global Center of Excellence (GCoE). This role focuses on data validation, analytics, reporting, and process improvement to support global business operations. You’ll work with large datasets, generate insights, and help drive data-backed decision-making.

📊 Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and actionable insights
  • Support business decisions through data-driven reporting
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity

📁 Data Management & Reporting

  • Manage databases using Excel and Access
  • Generate reports and dashboards for stakeholders
  • Maintain structured and organized data records

🤝 Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Communicate with clients to validate and clarify data
  • Work with global teams to ensure timely data delivery
  • Resolve discrepancies and data-related issues

⚙️ Process Improvement & Operations

  • Identify inefficiencies and improve data processes
  • Support automation and reporting enhancements
  • Maintain documentation for workflows and procedures

🎯 Skills Required

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel & MS Access
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good communication and stakeholder management

🎓 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in data analytics or similar roles

⭐ Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Python or R
  • Knowledge of data modeling and predictive analytics
  • Certifications like Google Data Analytics / Microsoft Data Analyst / CAP
