1. Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into structured documentation for execution teams.

2. Project Tracking & Monitoring

  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines across multiple programs.
  • Ensure adherence to schedules and proactively escalate deviations.

3. Dashboarding & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Present insights through data visualization and executive summaries.

4. Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in project execution.
  • Recommend mitigation strategies and track progress on resolution.

5. PMO Governance Support

  • Assist in establishing and maintaining PMO frameworks and governance standards.
  • Ensure consistent documentation, reporting structures, and compliance.

6. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work cross-functionally with business teams, project managers, and leadership.

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–6 years in Business Analysis, PMO, or Project Coordination
  • Educational Background: Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Technical Skills:
