📊 Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst who can drive data-backed decision-making across marketing, product, and operations.
In this role, you will analyze performance metrics, build dashboards, automate reporting, and lead strategic analytics initiatives to improve business outcomes across online and offline channels.
📌 Key Responsibilities
📈 Performance Analysis
- Analyze metrics like traffic, conversion, CAC, AOV, ROAS, and retention
- Identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights
- Conduct deep dives (cohort analysis, funnel analysis, segmentation)
- Improve inventory and store replenishment strategies
📊 Dashboarding & Reporting
- Build dashboards using tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
- Automate reporting and ensure data accuracy
- Consolidate data from multiple sources (Shopify, Meta, Google Ads, CRM, etc.)
⚙️ Data Automation & Infrastructure
- Streamline data pipelines and integrations
- Set up alerts, anomaly detection, and automated reporting
- Clean and structure datasets for analysis
🚀 Strategic Initiatives
- Lead projects like pricing analysis, campaign benchmarking, and forecasting
- Work on customer segmentation (RFM), loyalty analytics, and sales planning
- Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and finance teams
🎯 Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in analytics (preferably D2C / eCommerce / consumer brands)
- Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and dashboarding tools
- Experience handling large datasets and multiple data sources
- Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to convert data into actionable insights
⭐ Good to Have
- Knowledge of Python or R
- Experience with ETL tools (Zapier, Airbyte, Supermetrics)
- Exposure to CRM tools (Moengage, Webengage, Mixpanel, etc.)
- Familiarity with data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
