📌 Business Analyst Role Overview
Capgemini is looking for a Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Supply Chain domain and SQL. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyze supply chain processes, translate business needs into functional requirements, and deliver data-driven insights to improve operations and decision-making.

💼 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Requirements & Stakeholder Management
• Gather and document business requirements from supply chain stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications, user stories, and process flows
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
🔹 Supply Chain Analysis
• Analyze procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory processes
• Support demand forecasting and planning initiatives
• Evaluate supplier performance and optimize inventory management
🔹 UAT & Delivery Support
• Prepare test cases and support UAT execution
• Validate outputs and manage defect resolution
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions
🎯 Skills & Requirements
• Strong experience as a Business Analyst
• Domain expertise in Supply Chain (Procurement, Logistics, Inventory, Planning)
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
• Experience with requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
