As a Business Analyst at Toolyt, you will work closely with clients, developers, testers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering, analysing, and documenting business and client requirements
  • Preparing BRD (Business Requirement Documents) and FSD (Functional Specification Documents)
  • Creating workflows, user journeys, use cases, and wireframes/mockups (experience with Whimsical is preferred)
  • Supporting project scope definition and assisting in solution implementation
  • Identifying and resolving requirement conflicts and clarifying ambiguities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery
  • Participating in System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes
  • Proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and gaps in project execution
  • Performing basic database-related activities, including managing queues and variables
  • Presenting insights, recommendations, and findings to stakeholders effectively
