💼 The Opportunity
As a GW Business Analyst (Senior Associate), you will analyze client requirements, support solution implementation, and collaborate with global teams. You’ll play a key role in delivering quality outcomes while growing your consulting, technical, and leadership skills in a dynamic environment.
📌 Key Responsibilities
• Analyze client requirements and provide actionable insights
• Review and update project estimates
• Support solution design and timely delivery
• Assist in testing processes and resolve client queries
• Communicate effectively with onsite/global teams
• Participate in scrum meetings and provide status updates
• Engage in training, CoE (Center of Excellence) activities, and knowledge sharing
• Contribute to recruitment initiatives as needed
🧠 What You Must Have
• Bachelor’s Degree (BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA/M.Tech or equivalent)
• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills (English)
