💼 Role Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business, data, and technology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, analyze data, and drive strategic decisions that impact growth and user experience.

📌 What You’ll Do
• Partner with product, growth, marketing, and engineering teams to solve business problems
• Translate business requirements into data-driven insights and actionable strategies
• Analyze user behavior through cohorts, funnels, and segmentation
• Design and evaluate product and growth experiments
• Support decision-making with dashboards, reports, and analysis
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, products, and customer experience

🧠 What We’re Looking For
• 1+ years of experience in Business Analytics / Data Analytics or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R
• Solid understanding of statistics and experimentation
• Experience with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Looker, or Tableau
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
