💼 About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will work at the intersection of data, business, and technology to drive smarter decision-making. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover insights, improve processes, and contribute to business growth in a high-ownership startup environment.

📌 What You’ll Do
• Partner with teams across growth, operations, finance, and product
• Translate business problems into data-driven insights and solutions
• Gather and analyze business requirements, workflows, and processes
• Convert business needs into functional specifications for tech teams
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities
• Build dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics
• Identify automation and optimization opportunities
• Maintain project documentation and track progress

🧠 What We’re Looking For
• 2–3 years of experience in Business Analytics / Data Analytics / BI roles
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL, Python, and Excel
• Ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills (technical & non-technical collaboration)
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
