💼 Role Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze data, and drive strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in improving business processes and ensuring data-driven growth.

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and define business requirements
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights for business decisions
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
• Track and monitor key business KPIs
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for tech teams
• Support stakeholders in making data-driven decisions

🧠 Desired Skills & Expectations
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 1+ years of experience in Business/Data Analytics or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, Python/R, or SAS
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Google Analytics
• Familiarity with tracking tools like AppsFlyer, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Clevertap, Segment, etc.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong storytelling ability using data
