💼 Key Responsibilities

📊 Requirements & Analysis

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Understand as-is vs to-be processes and define improvements
  • Create BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria

⚙️ Process Optimization

  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement areas
  • Design process flows (BPMN / user journeys)
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and data privacy standards

🧪 Testing & Implementation

  • Lead UAT planning, execution, and stakeholder sign-off
  • Support end-to-end implementation of solutions
  • Ensure alignment between business and technical teams

🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work with Product, Tech, Operations, and Analytics teams
  • Support roadmap planning and prioritization
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration for project success

🎯 Skills Required

  • Strong experience in Business Analysis & Process Design
  • Expertise in Health Insurance domain
  • Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence, BI tools
  • Knowledge of SDLC & Agile methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder management & communication skills

🎓 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • 5–9 years of experience (min. 3 years in Health Insurance)
