  • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document business & technical requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable insights

⚙️ Process Improvement

  • Analyze existing workflows and identify optimization opportunities
  • Recommend automation and efficiency improvements

📈 Data Analysis

  • Analyze datasets to uncover trends, issues, and opportunities
  • Support business decisions with data-driven insights

🤝 Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams
  • Ensure alignment of solutions with organizational goals

🛠️ Solution Design & Testing

  • Support solution design with project teams
  • Assist in test planning and validation of deliverables

📄 Reporting & Documentation

  • Create detailed documentation including process flows and business rules
  • Maintain transparency across project lifecycle

🎯 Skills Required

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in business process analysis and data interpretation
  • Knowledge of Agile / Waterfall methodologies
  • Familiarity with BPMN, UML, or process modeling tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

🎓 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
