NVECTA (NotifyVisitors) is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business goals with product and engineering execution. You’ll play a key role in translating business needs into actionable requirements and driving product improvements in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

💼 Key Responsibilities

📊 Requirements & Business Analysis

  • Gather, analyze, and document business & product requirements
  • Convert objectives into user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs
  • Conduct process and data analysis to identify improvement areas

🤝 Product & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with product managers and engineering teams
  • Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and stakeholder meetings
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the NotifyVisitors platform

🔄 Process Optimization & Insights

  • Identify product gaps and operational inefficiencies
  • Provide data-driven insights for decision-making
  • Contribute to continuous product enhancements

🧪 Testing & Documentation

  • Support QA and validate features against requirements
  • Maintain documentation, workflows, and process maps
  • Assist in test planning and feature validation

🎯 Skills Required

  • Strong expertise in Business Analysis & Agile methodologies
  • Experience in user story writing and sprint-based delivery
  • Knowledge of SaaS, marketing automation, and CRM workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management

🛠️ Tools & Technologies:

  • JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart
  • SQL, Excel

🎓 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • MBA (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
