📌Business Analyst Role Overview
Otis is hiring a Senior Manager – Business Analyst to lead end-to-end functional delivery across the product lifecycle. In this role, you will drive requirement gathering, prioritization, solution design, and execution while working closely with global stakeholders to ensure high-quality and timely delivery in an Agile environment.

💼 Key Responsibilities
• Lead planning, prioritization, and delivery of New Requests (NRs)
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams for solution alignment
• Translate requirements into functional features and user stories
• Drive Agile delivery across PI and sprint cycles
• Facilitate requirement gathering, design, refinement, and demo sessions
• Track sprint progress, deliverables, and release planning
• Collaborate with PMO, BRM, and cross-functional global teams
• Support testing plans, UAT alignment, and release documentation
• Drive continuous improvement in business processes and systems
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis / IT roles
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales Module)
• Understanding of Scaled Agile (SAFe) and SDLC
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to drive techno-functional discussions and solution decisions
• Experience with cloud solutions, integrations, APIs, and data migration
🎓 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Digital Technology, or related field
