We are looking for an inquisitive Data Analyst to join the Customer Services team.

In this role, you will drive data reporting, dashboarding, and performance insights, helping improve customer experience through data-driven decision-making across global teams.

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Support reporting of customer service performance and KPIs
  • Build and maintain productivity dashboards (daily/weekly/monthly)
  • Develop dashboards to track operational performance and insights
  • Use SQL to extract and prepare data for reporting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and deliver data requirements
  • Manage and maintain large datasets for analysis

🎯 Data Analyst Role Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in data reporting or analytics roles
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with SQL
  • Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.)
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Data Studio, etc.)
  • Ability to work with large and complex datasets
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

⭐ Good to Have For Data Analyst Role

  • Experience with QlikView / Qlik Sense
  • Background in BPO or customer service analytics
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
