📌Business Analyst Role Overview
MiniMed is seeking an experienced SAP OTC Senior Business Analyst to lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes within SAP. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert in SAP SD, driving process optimization, supporting implementations, and delivering scalable solutions across global teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

💼 Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage end-to-end SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
• Design, configure, and support SAP SD modules (order management, pricing, billing, delivery, credit management)
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and IT teams to gather and translate requirements
• Lead SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and production support
• Ensure seamless integration with MM, FI, and other enterprise systems
• Manage incidents, enhancements, and change requests efficiently
• Conduct functional design reviews and maintain solution documentation
• Mentor team members and ensure adherence to SAP best practices
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in SAP OTC / SAP SD
• Strong expertise in SAP SD (order management, billing, pricing, credit management)
• Experience with SAP integrations (MM, FI, logistics, IDocs, interfaces)
• Mandatory experience in S/4HANA implementations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in global, cross-functional environments
🎓 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
