Data Analyst Role Overview

As a Data Analyst in the FSD Ordering team, you will play a critical role in building and enhancing the data ecosystem that powers product discovery and digital experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, optimize reporting systems, and support key decision-making processes that impact customer-facing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

You will collaborate with data experts and product teams to build and improve dashboards that track key business metrics such as order behavior, search trends, and customer engagement. The role involves ensuring the reliability and performance of data pipelines, identifying new data opportunities, and translating complex datasets into meaningful insights and visualizations. You will also support stakeholders by providing actionable recommendations, consolidating customer data, and promoting data-driven decision-making across teams.

Qualifications & Skills

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in data analytics within cross-functional environments, along with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. You should have expertise in SQL and experience working with large datasets, preferably in BigQuery. Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or MicroStrategy is essential. Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and a solid understanding of statistical concepts will be an advantage. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are key to succeeding in this role.
