Job Role: Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, enabling data-backed decisions, and supporting strategic initiatives across business and academic teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business and academic teams to identify operational challenges and recommend actionable solutions
  • Conduct in-depth market research and benchmarking to analyse industry trends, student outcomes, and corporate expectations
  • Analyse business data to support enterprise partnerships and strategic decisions
  • Assist in launching pilot programs and new initiatives, ensuring seamless execution
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including placements, program delivery, and enterprise relations
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for stakeholders
  • Ensure data accuracy and generate insights to improve learner experience and business outcomes

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business (BBA/MBA) or related field
  • Candidates with B.Tech/BE degrees and strong business understanding are also encouraged to apply
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or research roles
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling tools
  • Experience working with dashboards, CRM tools, or reporting platforms is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Prior experience as an Analyst is preferred
  • Ability to commute to Gurugram office (Work from Office role)
