WaferWire Technology Solutions (WCT) specializes in delivering comprehensive Cloud, Data, and AI solutions through Microsoft’s technology stack. The Data Analyst role at WaferWire Technology Solutions (WCT) is central to their mission of enabling data-driven business transformation. Data Analysts at WCT develop and implement analytics solutions supporting strategic initiatives, ensuring robust reporting for security compliance, threat detection, and process optimization.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Data Analyst to join our Sales and Business Intelligence team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing datasets for reporting and Data analysis.
• Support the development of basic dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI under the guidance of senior analysts.
• Help monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate simple reports for business users.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to understand data-related needs and contribute to business insights.
• Document data processes and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Presales, and Partner Managers to gather reporting requirements.
• Support internal data management tasks, CRM data entry, and accuracy checks.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
• Strong foundation in Microsoft Excel (basic knowledge of formulas, charts, Pivot Tables).
• Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and willingness to learn BI tools like Power BI.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Internship or academic projects involving data analysis, reporting, or visualization.
• Exposure to SQL, Power BI, or any data visualization tool is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing and Microsoft Azure ecosystem is desirable.
