Indee is seeking a motivated Business Operations Internship to support its Account Management team in delivering exceptional service to studios, networks, and award organisations managing film, television, documentary, and digital award submissions.

The internship provides hands-on experience in operational excellence, quality control, campaign management, and client support while working alongside experienced Business Operations Associates.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Operations Intern, you will:

  • Support Account Managers serving global entertainment clients.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on uploaded videos, metadata, and digital assets.
  • Ensure content accuracy and timely completion of operational tasks.
  • Create and edit HTML email templates.
  • Assist in scheduling customized email campaigns.
  • Conduct quality checks before email campaigns are launched.
  • Organise, maintain, and update operational data.
  • Assist with client deliverables and internal operations projects.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should possess:
