📌 Business Analyst Role Overview

NICE Ltd. is hiring a Senior Business Analyst for its SURVEIL-X team. This role focuses on delivering compliance and trade surveillance solutions for financial institutions, working closely with global stakeholders across product, engineering, and client teams.

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients, R&D, and internal teams to deliver SURVEIL-X solutions
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements (BRDs, FSDs)
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve configuration issues
  • Translate complex requirements into implementation specifications
  • Work on data ingestion, transformation, and integration pipelines
  • Deliver client presentations and product demonstrations
  • Identify and propose product enhancements
  • Manage multiple deliverables across global teams and time zones

🎯 Skills Required

  • Strong SQL / PL-SQL and relational database expertise
  • Experience with data mapping, transformation, and integration
  • Knowledge of capital markets, trade surveillance, or compliance systems
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Aha!, Visio, Excel)
  • Working knowledge of Linux/Unix commands and scripting
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

🎓 Qualifications

  • BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree
  • 4–8 years of experience in Business Analyst (Financial Services / Capital Markets domain)

⭐ Preferred Skills

  • Experience with NICE Actimize solutions (SURVEIL-X, AML, Fraud Detection)
  • Exposure to AWS cloud environments
  • Knowledge of trade surveillance regulations (MiFID II, MAR, Dodd-Frank)
  • Experience in client-facing delivery and global projects
