📊 Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to join our data and regulatory intelligence team.
In this role, you will work on regulatory data monitoring, validation, and quality assurance, supporting AI/ML-driven systems and ensuring high standards of data accuracy and usability.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Monitor global regulatory data sources (Sanctions, PEP lists, etc.)
- Validate and verify data generated through AI/ML systems
- Convert unstructured data into structured, usable formats
- Build datasets manually when required
- Support implementation of data processing and transformation solutions
- Prepare and execute test cases for new system releases
- Track data changes, bugs, and ensure proper implementation
- Maintain reporting (MI) and assist in automation of reporting processes
- Publish weekly reports on regulatory data activities
- Provide ad-hoc and daily operational support
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
- 0–1 year of experience (freshers can apply)
🧠 Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to interpret unstructured data and structure it effectively
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
⭐ Good to Have
- Understanding of watchlist screening processes
- Basic knowledge of NumPy, Pandas, and data frames
- Exposure to data analytics tools or workflows
⚠️ Additional Requirements
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Availability for weekend rosters
