📌 Data Analyst Role Overview
Sycomp is hiring a Data Analyst (Advanced Excel) to support Managed Services reporting, renewals, and data operations. This is a highly Excel-driven role focused on MIS reporting, reconciliation, and data accuracy rather than heavy BI or data science work.

💼 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Data Analysis & Insights
• Gather, clean, and prepare datasets from multiple sources
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Support ad-hoc analysis for business and leadership teams
🔹 Reporting & Dashboarding
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards (Salesforce-based)
• Automate recurring reports (daily/weekly/monthly MIS)
• Deliver executive-ready insights and visualizations
🔹 Data Quality & Validation
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Perform reconciliation, deduplication, and validation checks
• Support true-ups and renewal processes
🔹 Process Improvement & Automation
• Automate workflows using Excel (Power Query, VBA, macros)
• Enhance reporting efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Support data governance and standardization
🎯 Skills & Requirements
• 3–5+ years of experience in Data/Business Analysis
• Advanced Excel expertise (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, VBA)
• Strong experience in MIS reporting and reconciliation
• Experience with Salesforce reporting
• Basic SQL knowledge (good to have)
• Strong data validation and accuracy mindset
