💼 Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Analysis

• Gather, analyze, and document business & data requirements (BRD, user stories)
• Perform gap analysis and impact assessments
• Translate business needs into functional specifications

Process Modeling

• Create as-is and to-be process flows (BPMN/UML)
• Drive process improvement initiatives

Data & BI

• Analyze datasets using SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, MSBI)
• Support development of dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders
• Define communication plans and stakeholder mapping

Testing & Validation

• Develop test cases and support QA activities
• Perform functional, regression, API, and performance testing
