Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst at HCLTech, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and treasury experts to define, implement, and optimize business solutions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end business requirement gathering through workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process walkthroughs.
• Analyse treasury business processes and recommend efficient technology solutions.
• Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, and process documentation.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements for treasury applications.
• Support treasury transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Define data lineage across treasury source systems, including trades, general ledger, market data, and risk systems.
• Specify business requirements for Treasury MIS, dashboards, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting.
• Participate in Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and stakeholder demonstrations.
• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Create test scenarios, execute test cases, manage defects, and support issue resolution.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, developers, QA teams, and business users to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular project updates.
