As a Business Analyst in the CEO’s Office, you will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, supporting corporate planning, business analytics, growth strategies, and execution of key organisational initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Strategy & Business Planning

  • Support corporate strategy development and long-term business planning.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and growth opportunity assessments.
  • Build financial models and business cases for strategic investments.
  • Evaluate pricing strategies, revenue streams, and customer segment opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging business models.

CEO Decision Support & Strategic Execution

  • Assist the CEO in executing strategic priorities across the organisation.
  • Prepare executive presentations, board reports, and strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and risk assessments for key business decisions.
  • Track progress of strategic initiatives and ensure successful execution.

Business Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor revenue growth, profitability, customer metrics, and operational KPIs.
  • Develop executive dashboards and strategic scorecards.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and productivity improvements.
  • Partner with finance and business teams to align strategy with performance goals.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, HR, and Operations teams.
  • Support enterprise transformation projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Drive accountability and alignment across multiple business functions.

Governance & Executive Communication

  • Support business reviews, leadership meetings, strategy sessions, and board discussions.
  • Create executive summaries and strategic communication materials.
  • Translate complex business insights into actionable recommendations.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and structured decision-making skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is preferred.
  • Experience with business modelling and ROI analysis.
  • Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
  • Strong ownership mindset and execution capabilities.

Eligibility Criteria

  • MBA or PGDM preferred, especially in Strategy, Finance, or Analytics.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Analytics, CEO’s Office, or Business Operations roles.
  • Experience in consumer internet, digital platforms, e-commerce, or technology-driven businesses is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and leadership potential.
