As a Data Analyst at Qubixora Technologies, you will play a critical role in helping our business teams make informed decisions based on reliable data insights. You will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analysing large datasets from multiple sources, and transforming them into clear and meaningful visualisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and organise large data sets from diverse sources to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

  • Analysis & Reporting: Analyse data trends and patterns using advanced statistical techniques to identify actionable insights.

  • Dashboard Development: Create and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualisations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to identify data needs and support strategic business initiatives.

  • Process Improvement: Define and implement data collection, processing, and analysis best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Data Integrity: Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across all business intelligence tools and databases.

  • Insight Presentation: Present data findings and reports in a clear, visual, and impactful manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong command of Excel and SQL for data management, querying, and analysis.

  • Experience using data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.

  • Understanding of statistical analysis methods and data interpretation techniques.

  • Basic knowledge of Python or R for data cleaning and manipulation (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

Experience:

  • Prior internship or full-time experience in data analytics, business analysis, or reporting will be an advantage.
