📊 About the Role

As an Inclusive Access Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting Wiley’s sales and operations teams by managing, validating, and analysing institutional and CRM data. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights.

You will work extensively with Salesforce, Excel, and reporting tools to improve forecasting accuracy, enhance sales processes, and support strategic decision-making.


💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and validate institutional, course, and CRM datasets to ensure high data accuracy
  • Maintain and update Salesforce opportunities for forecasting and implementation
  • Research academic institutions and course data to support business operations
  • Generate and distribute adoption and opportunity reports for internal stakeholders
  • Validate large datasets with precision using advanced Excel functions
  • Support lead conversion and retention strategies through data insights
  • Assist in data ingestion and enrichment by researching US universities and courses
  • Provide detailed reporting on campaign performance and sales metrics
  • Manage WileyPLUS and Knewton license-related operations, including opt-out processing
  • Recommend and implement process improvements for automation and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data validation, formulas, reporting)
  • Close attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and Power BI (added advantage)
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization capabilities
