📌 Key Responsibilities
• Collect, organize, and manage large datasets from multiple sources
• Analyze data using statistical methods and tools
• Identify trends and patterns to support business decisions
• Develop and maintain databases and reporting systems
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and continuous data monitoring
• Stay updated with latest data analysis trends and tools
🧠 What You Must Have
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in data analysis (contact center experience preferred)
• Strong SQL skills and experience with SSIS
• Proficiency in Excel and G Suite (Google Sheets, BigQuery)
• Experience with Power BI and Looker
