• Analyze datasets related to sales, customers, traffic, and marketing performance
• Identify trends, anomalies, and revenue growth opportunities
🔹 Dashboarding & Reporting
• Build dashboards to track KPIs like conversion rate, AOV, CLTV, retention, and churn
• Automate recurring reports and ensure data accuracy
🔹 Customer & Funnel Analysis
• Perform cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and segmentation
• Analyze customer journeys and improve user experience
🔹 Experimentation & Optimization
• Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives
• Provide insights to optimize campaigns and product performance
🔹 Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with product, marketing, and business teams
• Define metrics and reporting requirements
🎯 Skills & Requirements
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets expertise
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Data Studio)
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics)
• Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines
• Basic knowledge of Python or R (preferred)
