Job Description

Capgemini Engineering is hiring an experienced Agentic GEN AI Full Stack Developer for its Bengaluru, Karnataka, India location. This opportunity is suitable for professionals with strong expertise in Python, React, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI systems.

The selected candidate will contribute to developing production-ready applications, AI-powered chatbots, and intelligent agent-based solutions. Candidates should also have hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, containerisation, Infrastructure-as-Code, and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain production-grade applications using Python and React.
  • Build and enhance RAG-based chatbots and Agentic AI systems.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into full-stack applications.
  • Work with cloud services such as AWS DynamoDB, Lambda, EKS, IAM, and SSO.
  • Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
  • Use Docker and containerisation technologies for application deployment.
  • Manage application build and deployment workflows using Bitbucket Pipelines and CI/CD practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience developing production applications using Python and React.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with RAG-based chatbots and Agentic AI systems.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms.
  • Experience with DynamoDB, Lambda, EKS, IAM, and SSO.
  • Practical experience with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code.
  • Knowledge of Docker and container technologies.
  • Familiarity with Bitbucket Pipelines and CI/CD workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.

Experience Requirements

Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant software development experience, including 2 or more years working with RAG-based chatbot development and Agentic AI systems.
