💼 Key Responsibilities
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Prepare detailed documentation including BRDs
• Support data migration initiatives within banking systems
• Work with SQL to validate and analyze data
• Collaborate with business and technical teams for seamless delivery
• Ensure alignment with regulatory reporting requirements
🎯 Requirements
• 6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong experience in banking domain (retail assets/liabilities)
• Expertise in requirements gathering and management
• Strong documentation skills (BRD preparation)
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Understanding of regulatory reporting
🎓 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
