Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business performance data and identify growth opportunities.
• Study user behaviour, platform metrics, and business trends.
• Gather, document, and manage business requirements.
• Assist in business process mapping and process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance summaries.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry studies.
• Support business expansion initiatives and partnership research.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and management teams.
• Track KPIs and assist in data-driven decision-making.
• Contribute to the growth of the online expo platform and digital media business.

Required Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of business analysis concepts and methodologies.
• Ability to document business requirements and workflows.

Salary & Stipend Range

Selected interns will receive a starting stipend of approximately ₹2,000 per month, with regular increases based on learning progress, performance, contribution, and successful execution of assigned responsibilities. Candidates who demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and business growth potential may be considered for a full-time opportunity after completing the internship.

Estimated Stipend Range: ₹2,000 – ₹8,000 per month (performance-based growth during internship).
