Job Responsibilities
As a Manager – SCM Advisory – Kinaxis (Rapid Response), your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Kinaxis Maestro modules according to client requirements and business objectives.
- Design and configure supply chain planning solutions that align with architecture standards.
- Resolve complex technical design, configuration, and implementation issues.
- Manage client interactions and conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, and system demonstrations.
- Advise client IT stakeholders on platform capabilities, integration strategies, and performance optimization.
- Review technical specifications to ensure completeness, scalability, and quality.
- Develop reusable components, scripts, and tools to improve implementation efficiency.
- Mentor junior consultants and support onboarding through knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Contribute to technical solution design, proposal development, effort estimation, and architecture planning.
- Develop Kinaxis Maestro resources, including workbooks and worksheets, to support required functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective supply chain planning solutions.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates interested in the Genpact Manager – SCM Advisory position should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management and planning processes.
- Functional expertise in at least one supply chain planning area, such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, logistics optimization, operations, or supplier network optimization.
- Relevant experience with Kinaxis Maestro or Rapid Response implementation and configuration.
