Job Description

EXL is hiring for the position of Executive in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for candidates interested in data analysis, discrepancy identification, workflow coordination, and operational support. The selected candidate will review information from multiple data sources, maintain accuracy, meet productivity targets, and contribute to process improvements.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a real-time service environment, managing assigned tasks efficiently, and supporting individual and team performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyse discrepancies by cross-verifying information from different data sources.
  • Meet individual performance targets while contributing to overall team goals.
  • Work with urgency in a real-time service environment.
  • Support the development of new tools and process mapping for new offerings.
  • Identify opportunities to improve accuracy, productivity, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate workflows and data for implementation-related reports.
  • Prepare reporting, inventory, capacity, and ad-hoc reports as required by management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the management team.
