Job Overview

Wipro is hiring an Associate for its Mumbai Metropolitan Region team. The selected candidate will provide technical and process support to clients, resolve queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure excellent customer service while meeting defined quality standards and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client queries through telephone and email professionally.
  • Record and track customer issues, resolutions, and follow-ups.
  • Resolve client queries according to established processes and SLAs.
  • Diagnose problems and provide step-by-step solutions.
  • Guide customers through product features and menus.
  • Maintain accurate records using designated tracking systems.
  • Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the Team Leader.
  • Identify recurring issues and help improve resolution processes.
  • Maintain and update self-help and knowledge-base documents.
  • Participate in product and process training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with service agreements and quality standards.
  • Follow up with customers to collect feedback and ensure SLA compliance.

Required Skill

Mandatory: Claims Processing

Candidates should have strong communication, problem-solving, customer-service, documentation, and troubleshooting abilities. The ability to learn product information and follow standard processes is important for success in this role.

Performance Expectations
