Salary Range
Based on current market standards for Business Analyst professionals with 2–4 years of experience in Chennai, the expected salary range for this position is approximately ₹5 LPA – ₹9 LPA, depending on skills, experience, project exposure, and overall performance during the selection process.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather business requirements.
- Analyse and document customer needs effectively.
- Conduct discussions and workshops to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Serve as the primary communication bridge between business users and development teams.
Project Planning and Process Optimization
- Develop detailed project plans and implementation roadmaps.
- Create workflows and process documentation to improve operational visibility.
- Identify inefficiencies within existing business processes.
- Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and business performance.
Business Documentation Management
Prepare and maintain critical business documents, including:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
- User Stories
- Process Flow Diagrams
- Data Flow Diagrams
Ensure documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with organizational standards.
Project Coordination
- Work closely with development and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and potential delays proactively.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Problem Solving and Customer Support
- Investigate customer issues and business challenges.
- Provide effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Support teams in resolving project-related concerns efficiently.
Quality Assurance Support
- Validate project deliverables against business requirements.
- Participate in testing and implementation activities.
- Ensure solutions meet customer expectations and functional requirements.
- Address gaps identified during testing phases.
Required Skills

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, and process documentation.
- Knowledge of process mapping tools such as Visio and Figma.
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
