As a Business Analyst at Golden Gate Restaurant Group, you will drive digital transformation initiatives across sales and operations ecosystems. You will work closely with business, product, and engineering teams to analyze requirements, optimize processes, and implement scalable solutions across platforms like E-commerce, POS, CRM, and delivery systems.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

  • Gather and analyze requirements from business teams
  • Work with stakeholders to define product goals and needs
  • Analyze current processes (AS-IS) and propose improvements (TO-BE)

Documentation

  • Prepare key documents such as:
    • BRD (Business Requirement Document)
    • User Stories
    • Use Cases
    • Functional Specifications

Process & Flow Design

  • Design business workflows and system flows
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams to create wireframes

Project Collaboration

  • Act as a bridge between Business, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Support technical teams in understanding business requirements
  • Track progress and ensure timely delivery

Testing & Validation

  • Create test scenarios and support UAT
  • Ensure solutions meet business requirements

✅ Requirements

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst
  • Experience in implementing systems such as:
    • E-commerce
    • OMS (Order Management System)
    • POS (Point of Sale)
    • Delivery platforms
    • CRM / Loyalty systems

Skills

  • Strong business analysis and documentation skills
  • Ability to create process flows (sequence diagrams, system flows)
  • Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations

Tools (Preferred)

  • Jira / Confluence
  • Draw.io / Miro / Figma
  • Basic SQL knowledge

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Retail or F&B industry
  • Exposure to E-commerce or Delivery platforms
  • Knowledge of loyalty or membership systems
