📌 Business Analyst Role Overview
General Mills India is hiring an FSQ Supply – Business Analyst to support supply chain operations, partner with global teams, and drive process improvements through data and analytics. This role focuses on managing access processes, supporting external partners, and enhancing operational efficiency across systems and tools.

💼 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Access & Process Management
• Manage ID processes for external supply chain partners
• Support access requests, troubleshooting, and system training
• Maintain supplier-related documentation and records
🔹 Data, Reporting & Analytics
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics
• Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Ensure operational excellence through data-driven insights
🔹 Stakeholder Collaboration
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and cybersecurity stakeholders
• Support attestation and review processes for external access
• Coordinate with global teams across time zones
🔹 Process Improvement & Documentation
• Create and maintain SOPs and training materials
• Continuously improve workflows and system usage
🎯 Skills & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work with global/remote teams
⭐ Preferred Skills
• Experience in Food Manufacturing or Supply Chain
• Knowledge of tools like Tableau, Salesforce, or similar
• Strong focus on data accuracy and process improvement
