📌 Data Analyst Role Overview
SimuLab is hiring a Data Analyst to work on cutting-edge AI-driven business simulations. This role involves data analysis, machine learning support, and transforming complex datasets into actionable business insights that enhance product performance and decision-making.

💼 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Data Management & Processing
• Extract, clean, and structure large datasets using SQL and Python
• Prepare data for analytics and AI/ML modeling
🔹 AI & Machine Learning Support
• Assist in preparing training datasets
• Run and evaluate basic predictive models (regression, clustering)
🔹 GenAI & Automation
• Use LLMs and prompt engineering for automation and reporting
• Summarize qualitative data and improve workflows
🔹 Dashboarding & Reporting
• Build and optimize dashboards using Power BI / Tableau / Metabase
• Track KPIs and performance metrics
🔹 Business Insights & Storytelling
• Identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
• Present insights clearly to business stakeholders
🎯 Skills & Requirements
• Strong Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn)
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying
• Understanding of machine learning fundamentals
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills
⭐ Preferred Skills
• Portfolio (GitHub/Kaggle) with real-world data projects
• Experience with GenAI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Snowflake)
• Experience with automation workflows
