💼 Key Responsibilities

📊 Business Discovery & Requirements

  • Lead requirement elicitation with forecasting and analytics teams
  • Translate business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on workflows and reporting needs

🔄 Process & Functional Analysis

  • Document as-is / to-be processes, functional specs, and data flows
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend solutions
  • Standardize forecasting processes and reduce manual effort

🧪 UAT & Delivery Support

  • Own UAT planning, execution, and validation
  • Define test scenarios, manage defects, and ensure business sign-off
  • Support release readiness and stakeholder communication

🤝 Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between business, tech teams, and vendors
  • Communicate requirements, risks, and dependencies clearly
  • Support knowledge transfer and onboarding of new teams

🎯 Skills Required

  • Strong expertise in Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering
  • Experience in process mapping, user stories, and functional documentation
  • Hands-on experience with UAT and Agile delivery environments
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex datasets
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

🎓 Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst
  • Experience delivering enterprise platforms or analytics solutions

  • Experience working with forecasting or analytics platforms
  • Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making processes
