  • Hands-on with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
  • 5+ years of insurance experience (mandatory)
