📊 Requirements Gathering

  • Collaborate with stakeholders (business, IT, project teams) to gather requirements
  • Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and process flows
  • Conduct workshops and stakeholder discussions
  • Work with IT teams to clarify requirements and resolve dependencies

🔄 Process Improvement

  • Analyze current processes and identify gaps
  • Recommend and implement improvements
  • Enhance customer onboarding, integration, and operational workflows

🧪 Testing & Implementation

  • Prepare/review test cases and support UAT
  • Assist in system implementation and user training
  • Ensure solutions meet business requirements

🤝 Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Ensure smooth communication across project lifecycle

🎯 Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of Life Insurance domain (underwriting, claims, policy admin)
  • Experience in requirement gathering & documentation (BRD/FRD)
  • Familiarity with API integrations
  • Hands-on with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies

🎓 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
  • 5+ years of insurance experience (mandatory)

⭐ Preferred Skills

  • Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, or III
  • Experience in customer lifecycle & onboarding
  • Exposure to data analysis / visualization tools
