📌 Business Analyst Role Overview

Gantec Corporation is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to drive digital transformation initiatives across enterprise web platforms and MarTech ecosystems. You will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring seamless execution of projects, backlog management, and continuous optimization of digital experiences.

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders including Product Owners, Marketing teams, and leadership to understand business needs
  • Gather requirements, write user stories, and manage product backlogs end-to-end
  • Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, and backlog refinement
  • Manage MSO (Maintenance, Support & Operations) programs for websites and MarTech platforms
  • Track SLAs, coordinate releases, and handle incident management
  • Monitor KPIs such as campaign performance, conversion rates, personalization impact, and CLTV
  • Translate insights into actionable improvements and roadmap enhancements
  • Support pre-sales discussions, workshops, and solution scoping when needed

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–8+ years as a Business Analyst / Digital BA / Product Owner
  • Strong experience with enterprise websites and MarTech stacks
  • Hands-on expertise in platforms like CMS, Marketing Automation, CDP, and Analytics tools
  • Solid Agile/Scrum experience with backlog management and sprint execution
  • Strong stakeholder management across marketing, IT, compliance, and business teams
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences

⭐ Preferred Skills

  • Experience with tools/platforms such as AEM, Drupal, Shopify Plus, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, GA4, etc.
  • Exposure to regulated industries (Healthcare, BFSI, CPG, Manufacturing)
  • Knowledge of AI-driven or automation-based marketing workflows
  • Certifications like Scrum Master / PMP / PSPO / CSPO
