💼 Key Responsibilities
• Analyze large datasets and translate them into actionable insights
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations for leadership reporting
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements
• Support planning, needs analysis, and risk assessment activities
• Present insights and strategies during monthly and quarterly reviews
• Drive implementation of data-driven improvements and new ideas
• Ensure clear and concise communication of complex data findings
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization
• Strong knowledge of Tableau and T-SQL
• Experience working with databases and large datasets
• Ability to create impactful dashboards and reports
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail
🎓 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Basic understanding of finance/accounting is a plus
⭐ Nice to Have
• Experience with ETL processes
• Knowledge of Python, C#, PowerShell, SSIS, or Visual Studio
• Experience presenting to external stakeholders
