In this role, you will lead requirement gathering, design data-driven solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance internal systems that power global research and analytics.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Manage UAT, releases, and implementation processes
• Optimize business processes and user journeys
• Create documentation, training materials, and user support guides
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage expectations
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development

🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (Agile environment)
• Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, and web applications
• Understanding of system design principles
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

🎓 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
